Client work & ownership

These site terms are separate from the agreements that govern engagements. In our client work, unless a signed agreement states otherwise, intellectual property we create for a client is assigned to that client on full payment.

The site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of liability
